Who cleans and repairs the gear I rent?
911clean.com a division of
911 Safety Equipment
will clean and repairs all gear rented from FireAcademyRentals.com.
911 Safety Equipment is an NFPA certified 3rd party gear cleaning
and repair facility located just outside of Philadelphia, Pa.
Is the gear I rent NFPA approved?
All gear rented from FireAcademyRentals.com is NFPA compliant
from head to toe or in this case from helmet to boots.
What if I do not wish to rent an entire ensemble?
If you have access to a partial ensemble, you can rent single items at a time. For prices please visit our
Rental Products page.
Who is responsible for cleaning gear
when I return it?
The cleaning of the gear is included in the price of the rental. Please do not attempt to clean the gear yourself.
911 Clean
a division of 911 Safety Equipment will handle all necessary
cleaning.
How will I receive the gear?
Gear is send via UPS ground. However at an additional cost, we can send it via UPS next day air or UPS second day air.
Please save the box and the included return shipping label.
